"I am excited to officially announce my desire to continue serving as State Rep for District 73," said Representative Macias. "The support and encouragement I have received throughout the District (Bandera, Comal, Gillespie, and Kendall counties) gives me great confidence that the brand of strong, conservative, Republican leadership I delivered during this past session, is exactly what the vast majority of my constituents continue to desire and deserve." The Kick-Off event is scheduled to run from 6:00-8:00pm and supporters are invited to join Representative Macias, Texas GOP National Committeeman Bill Crocker, the Voices of Freedom youth ensemble, and others for a light dinner, some brief speeches, and also learn how to get involved in the Macias 2008 re-election campaign.
