State Representative Nathan Macias Wins Endorsement of the National Rifle Association of America

Bulverde, TX - The National Rifle Association has wholeheartedly endorsed State Representative Nathan Macias for re-election. Representative Macias said, "I am very pleased to receive the endorsement of the National Rifle Association. I strongly believe in and support gun ownership rights, hunting rights and will continue to be a strong voice for the 2nd Amendment in the State Legislature."

The NRA's Political Victory Fund recently announced Macias' "A" rating and endorsement. In the endorsement letter, Tara Reilly Mica, the NRA Texas State Liaison indicated, "Your rating and endorsement are based on your record of support on Second Amendment issues in the Texas legislature and your positive responses to our candidate questionnaire."

This endorsement is important because it is likely to translate into significant grassroots support for Nathan Macias' re-election to the 73rd House District which includes Bandera, Comal, Gillespie and Kendall counties. The primary election will be on March 4th. Voters may vote early at county courthouses beginning February 19 through February 29.
