MACIAS TAKES STAND FOR UNBORN
Austin, TX - Today, Representative Nathan Macias joined Representatives Chisum, Berman, Flynn, and Christian as a joint author of HB 175 relating to the protection of life, including unborn life, from the point of conception. This so-called "Trigger" bill provides that should the United States Supreme Court overturn the 1973 Roe vs. Wade decision, which legalized abortion, Texas law would immediately repeal subsequent laws that allowed and regulated abortions in the state of Texas.
"I am proud to stand with other conservative, Republican legislators to defend the unborn" Macias said.
